PURPOSE: To prepare a drink having high decomposition resistance and excellent taste and flavor, by sealing an aqueous liquid composed of fruit juice or vegetable juice, saccharides, and a small amount of alcohol in a container, and sterilizing the content with heat.

CONSTITUTION: An aqueous liquid composed of a fruit juice or vegetable juice and sugar syrup is added with a small amount of alcohol, e.g. ethyl alcohol, brandy, whisky, etc. to attain the alcohol content of about ≤5%, pref. 1W0.1%. The mixture is sealed in a container, and before or after the sealing, the content is sterilized by heating at about ≥55°c, pref. 65W95°C.
