PURPOSE: To improve a duration of a life of the titled body by coating a coating solution of a polycarbonate resin on a sensitive layer contg. photoconductive organic substance, and by providing a protective layer infused the photoconductive organic substance in the resin on said sensitive layer.

CONSTITUTION: The sensitive layer 2 is provided on a substrate 1 contg. the photoconductive organic substance of polyvinyl carbazole. A solution of dispersing or dissolving the polyvinyl carbazole resin in the solvent is coated on the sensitive layer 2 by spraying. The protective layer 3 infused the photoconductive organic substance lying in the upper part of the sensitive layer into the polycarbonate resin, is formed on said layer 2. By forming the protective layer 3 on the sensitive layer 2, the photoconductive organic sensitive body having a less deterioration of said body due to a corona discharge, a less tendency for generating a crack due to a cleaning and having a good durability against an abrasion, is obtd. The duration of the life of said photoconductive organic substance which does not generate a pollution and has a good productivity is extended.
