PURPOSE: To provide a high-quality envelop by a method wherein an address meeting a standard address format is inputted by a printing means linked to an information processing device, and the printed addresses and the like are copied on an envelop paper sheet, and the envelop paper with the information is cut to form a bag.
CONSTITUTION: An address list is prepared using a personal computer in conformity to a standard address format. An address and the name of an addressee, etc., selected from the address list are processed according to the optimized pattern out of the standard address format in a program provided by an information processing device so that said information is automatically output. The selected addresses are printed on the specified paper according to the selected pattern by using a keyboard connected to a personal computer. The envelop paper on which a sender's name, a zip code entry column and a position matching frame, etc., are printed or copied is prepared in the state that the envelop paper is not cut or fabricated to form an envelop. Thereafter, the envelop paper whose copying is complete is cut according to the predetermined form and size.
