Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a safe preparation for external use for the skin capable of suppressing ageing of the skin such as wrinkle, loosening and losing of stretch by combining three components consisting of a collagen production accelerator, a crosslinking.insolubilizing suppressor of a corium collagen and a corium collagen decomposing accelerator.
SOLUTION: This preparation for external use for the skin combinedly uses ascorbic acid or its derivative as a collagen production accelerator, a vitamin B6 derivative as a crosslinking.insolubilizing suppressor of corium collagen and an ester derivative of a silk hydrolysate as a corium collagen decomposing acccelerator. Each of blended components has high safety without possibility of irritation to the skin. This preparation for external use preferably contains about 0.01-5wt.% of the collagen production accelerator, about 0.01-5wt.% of the crosslinking.insolubilizing suppressor of the corium collagen and about 0.02-5wt.% of the corium collagen decomposition accelerator.
