To provide a new external preparation of a tertiary amine compound exhibiting CXCR4 antagonizing action.
By using the tertiary amine compound having the CXCR4 antagonizing action and a fatty acid-based ionic liquid, the external preparation exhibiting a high cutaneous permeability can be prepared. Especially, although KRH-3148 (tartrate salt) has the potent effect of action, its oral absorptivity is poor, then another administering route is examined. Since the compound has a high crystallinity and is hardly dissolvable with nonaqueous organic solvents, it is difficult to prepare the external preparation, but by using the fatty acid-based ionic liquid, the compound can be dissolved at a high concentration. Then by using the fatty acid-based ionic liquid solution, aiming at the production of the external preparation, as a result, the external preparation having the percutaneous permeability higher than its oral absorptivity can be found out. Thereby, the new external preparation of the tertiary amine compound having the CXCR4 antagonistic action can be provided.
