The extracted solution is concentrated in such a way that components are not precipitated, to give brown, transparent, viscous solution. About 100g honey based on 15g Shiitake is added to the viscous solution, and, if necessary, the solution is blended with seasoning, thick malt syrup, agar, etc., to give the desired healthy food.
