PURPOSE: To prepare economically ozone water with a high concn., a long half-life period and high value in its applications.

CONSTITUTION: An ejector-type gas nozzle 17 with a liq. nozzle and a gas nozzle is used and the water A for a raw material in an ozone reactor 1 is sucked and pressurized by means of a pump 19 and it is used by circulation type as a water A for ejection for the ejector-type gas nozzle 17 and the water A for ejection is ejected into the water A for a raw material in the ozone reactor 1 from the liq. nozzle of the ejector-type gas nozzle 17. Then, ozone gas is sucked by the negative pressure caused by ejection flow of this water for ejection to eject the ozone gas under a fine air bubble condition into the water A for the raw material from the gas nozzle of the ejector-type gas nozzle 17 and a high concn. ozone water is prepd. by dissolving the ozone into the water A for the raw material by a gas-liq. reaction between the fine air bubble of the ozone gas and the water A for the raw material.
