Powder for fluidized bed granulation comprises at least two kinds of saccharides different by ≥5 times in particle diameter and a medicine. The granulated substance having small content segregation of the medicine can be produced by granulating the powder for fluidized bed granulation by using the fluidized bed granulating machine. In the granulated substance, the ratio of crude particles remaining on a sieve having ≥500 μm sieve opening is slight and the ratio is ≤15% and a medicine content in every particle size which becomes an index of the content segregation of the medicine is 80-130% and the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the content is within 45%.
