Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prepare the titled food such as KARA-AGE (food fried without coating) with simple and hygienic operation in a short time, by smearing a food with gelatinized starch powder and powder of thermally expanded baked cake, baking the food and frying in a hot oil.
CONSTITUTION: The objective food can be prepared by smearing a food (e.g. edible meat, vegetable, etc.) with gelatinized starch powder and/or powder of thermally expanded baked cake and baking the food in an oven, etc.
