Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for integrating simply and inexpensively a nonwoven fabric on the back side of a foamed core material to prevent rubbing sound with a car body panel from occurring in an interior automotive trim in which a lightweight and heat-resistant foamed core material is used.
SOLUTION: In a method for preparing an interior automotive trim prepd. by sticking a skin material on the surface of a foamed core material 20 and a nonwoven fabric 40 for preventing low level sound from occurring on the back side, by a method wherein a thermoplastic resin powder 54 is scattered on the non-woven fabric and this nonwoven fabric 40 is laminated on the back side of the foamed core material 20 to melt the thermo-plastic resin powder 54 by heat inertia of the foamed core material 20 and the nonwoven fabric 40 is integrated on the back side of the foamed core material 20, the conventional hot-melt adhesive is made to be out of use and material expenditure and man-hour are simplified and fine control on adhesive force is performed.
