PURPOSE: To prepare a lightweight foamed concrete ALC panel wherein a fixture is built-in, by putting a reinforcing mat wherein an anchor plate is fixed in a mold, pouring therein a raw material slurry, followed by demolding to cure, perforating the panel main body and fixing the fixture to the anchor plate.

CONSTITUTION: Reinforcing mats 3 and 4 are formed and an anchor plate 7 is fixed on both ends of one of the mats 3 in the continuous direction by welding it on a main bar 5. A plurality of reinforcing mat units wherein the reinforcing mat 3 and another reinforcing mat 4 are combined in parallel with a connecting member are put in a mold in a specified distance and a raw material slurry is therein poured. After the raw material slurry is semi-cured, it is taken out of the mold, cut in a specified dimension and cured to obtain a panel main body 2. A hole is performed at a position where a fixture 8 is to be fixed and a resin part 7a of the anchor plate 7 is perforated to form a fixing hole 7c. A female screw member 9 is fixed in the fixing hole 7c of the anchor plate 7 and a male screw part 8a of the fixture 8 is screwed in the female screw member 9. The fixture 8 is fixed on the anchor plate 7 and a gap between the periphery and the spot facing 14 is filled up again with mortar 15.
