Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing a long-life anti-vomit liquid milk for infants, and a milk for infants obtained by this, especially a liquid milk. CONSTITUTION: This is a production method of long-life anti-vomit milk for infants, and the milk for infants is previously heated, equalized next, then processed at an ultra high temperature(UHT), and finally packaged in a clean package in a clean environment. In this method, before the equalizing step, 0.3 to 1 weight % condensing agent selected from a group consisting of carob, guar, carrageenan and pectin is introduced singly or by respectively mixing.
