Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a composition for cosmetics or formulations, which is especially useful for treatments of skin diseases, e.g. regeneration of the skin surface, hair growth treatment or the like.
CONSTITUTION: The method provided is comprised of the process of binding a product to the membrane of the melanocyte by using the ligand-receptor- binding. In this method, the compound having the fundamental structure that a part of the compound is linked with at least one ligand and a glycoside residue capable to access to the membrane receptor is contained, is used. As the glycoside residue, fucose residue, especially α-L-fucose residue or α-D-fucose residue is preferably used.
