Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prepare a reactive phthalocyanine dye by reacting a phthalocyaninesulfonic acid chloride with an amine having a reactive group by an advantageous method.
CONSTITUTION: A phthalocyaninesulfonic acid chloride is reacted with an amine having a β-substd. ethylsulfonyl or vinylsulfonyl group and, optionally, other amine in the presence of a catalyst. The objective product suitable for dyeing or printing an org. substrate having hydroxyl groups or nitrogen atoms is formed in a high yield and high purity.
