Provided is a method of preparing a powder type sample from one part of an ingredient of at least one fertilized egg or the whole of the ingredient including the following processes: (i) a process in which an ingredient of at least one fertilized egg is substantially separated from an egg shell; (ii) a process in which the ingredient is filtered, a solid residue or a residual in which solid and semi-solid are mixed is obtained, and that is optionally enforced; (iii) a process in which the ingredient or the residual is frozen; (iv) a process in which the ingredient or the residual is lyophilized; (v) a process in which at least one lyophilized ingredient or residual is mixed, and that is optionally enforced; and (vi) a process in which the ingredient or residual is comminuted to be pulverized.
