Abstract:
To provide a method for preparing a display seal which does not cause a harmful effect to growth and survival of mammalian cells and embryogenesis of fertilized egg, even when the seal is stuck to a surface of a culture vessel used for cultivation of mammalian fertilized egg or cell, and a cultivation method of fertilized egg or cell capable of cultivating mammalian cell and producing an embryo of the mammalian blastocyst without harmful effect to growth and survival of cells and embryogenesis of the fertilized egg.SOLUTION: When a seal in which, an adhesive layer is formed on one surface of a base material layer is heated, an outgas included in the seal is removed, thereby obtaining a seal in which, no outgas is detected, or outgas is hardly detected, so that, the seal is useful as a display seal to be stuck to a surface of a culture vessel used for cultivation of mammalian fertilized egg or cell.SELECTED DRAWING: None
