PURPOSE: To provide a preparation of a mineral water and the preparation device for efficiently removing a harmful substance from city water and mineralizing.
CONSTITUTION: The mineral water is preparated by mineralizing a water in which metallic ions are removed by a cation exchange resin and after that, passing the water successively through an activated carbon and a hollow yarn membrane. The preparation device for the mineral water is composed of a cation exchange resin bed 1, a calcium containing bed 2 in which the water passed through the cation exchange resin bed 1 flows, an activated carbon bed 3 in which the water passed through the calcium containing bed 2 flows and a hollow yarn membrane 4 in which the water passed through the activated carbon bed 3 flows.
