Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manually elevate, lower and stop a gondola by rotating a handle.
SOLUTION: A wind-down machine case body 31 with the gondolas 32 and 33 capable of housing humans is positioned below a wind-up machine case body 1 formed attachably to a window frame and provided with the handle 14 on an outer side for which a shaft 4 with winding drums 2 and 3 is disposed so as to be rotated linked with the handle 14 and the shaft 43 with the winding drums 41 and 42 is disposed between the side walls of the wind-down machine case body 31 with the gondolas 32 and 33 so as to be rotated linked with the handle 47 provided on the outer side of the wind-down machine case body 31. Then, by vertically connecting the wind-up machine case body 1 and the wind-down machine case body 31 by winding, attaching and spreading respective wire ropes 60 and 61 to the winding drums 2, 3, 41 and 42 and rotating the handles 14 and 47, the wind-down machine case body 31 is elevated and lowered along with the gondolas 32 and 33.
