PURPOSE: To prepare a stable organic phosphoric acid ester derivative in high yield, at a low cost, by enzymatic method, by reacting a specific synthetic organic phosphoric acid ester with an alcoholic OH-containing compound acting as a receptor in the presence of a phospholipase DM.
CONSTITUTION: A synthetic organic phosphoric acid ester synthesizable easily is made to react with an alcoholic OH-containing compound acting as a recep tor, in the presence of a phospholipase DM. Organic phosphoric acid ester derivatives many of which are novel compounds and including known organic phosphoric acid ester derivatives which could, herebefore, be prepared only the disadvantageous synthetic method, can be prepared by this enzymatic process with little production of by-product, in high yield.
