Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the titled food or drink rich in various enzymes such as digestive enzyme, decomposition enzyme, fermentation enzyme, etc. and useful for living body, by carrying out the external primary fermentation of a specific plural plants.

CONSTITUTION: Various raw materials shown in the table are charged to a porcelein fermentation pot or cask according to the charging order shown in the table. The materials are subjected to the catalytic fermentation at normal temperature. The extract is used as a food or drink after the exhaustion of the impurity gas. The sucrose may be replaced by honey, and the root of thistle, the fruit of nandina or the root of Japanese silverleaf may be omitted.
