PURPOSE: To provide a method for preparing a paper pipe for a concrete form which strengthen the butting part of the first layer being brought into contact with the outer periphery of a mandrel manufacturing a cylindrical form and finishing smoothly the interior decorative face by removing the gap of the butting part.

CONSTITUTION: The first layer is formed by winding spirally a belt-like plastic film laminated paper 3 coated with a lubricating oil on the outer periphery of a mandrel 1 and a hot melt type adhesive 10 is pressed into the gap of processed papers adjoining each other of this first layer and belt-like boxboards 4, 5,... which cover the gap are spirally wound and laminated without gap on the first layer.
