PURPOSE:To obtain the subject food having excellent flavor, taste and shape retention without penetration of water contained in ingredients into boiled rice, by wrapping boiled rice shaped into a thin board state with a baked covering film, etc., of an egg liquid, etc., placing ingredients for pizza such as tomato sauce on the upper surface of the film. CONSTITUTION:Boiled rice 1 shaped into a thin board state is wrapped with a baked of steamed covering film 2 of egg liquid, etc. Then, ingredients 3 for pizza such as tomato sauce, fish, meat, vegetable and cheese to afford the aimed food.
