Abstract:
To provide a preparation process of a highly porous film, which has a high compression resistance effect in a thickness direction and becomes highly elastic toward the thickness direction, and also to provide a highly elastic porous film prepared by the same and a separator for nonaqueous electrolytic solution batteries and nonaqueous electrolytic solution batteries using the same.
The preparation process comprises: mixing a melt of a composition containing at least a polyolefin resin and a solvent; extruding and cooling the above composition to form a molded sheet; rolling the molded sheet; drawing and desolventizing the molded sheet to give a porous film; and cooling the above porous film after desolventization at -20°C or below.
