Abstract:
PURPOSE: Pyrrolobenzodiazepins of formula I(R1 and R2 are alkyl; the ring A and B may be substituted by halogen, nitro, CF3, alkyl or alkoxy; the ring C may be substituted by opt. inert substituents and may form a ring together with a adjacent substituent) and their salts, e.g. 8-chloro-6-(2-chlorophenyl)-1, 3-dimethyl-4H-pyrrolo [1,2-a] [1,4]-benzodiazepin and its hydrochloride.
