Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prepare the titled composition in which the rubber component is dissolved easily without coagulation to exhibit the modifying effect, by adding a granular or powdery rubber composition containing a foaming agent to an asphalt containing an organic basic substance.
CONSTITUTION: 100pts.wt. of granular or powdery rubber having particle diameter of ≤2mm is mixed with 0.1W50pts.wt., preferably 2W7pts.wt. of a granular or powdery foaming agent having particle diameter of ≤1mm, and the mixture is added to a mixture of 100pts.wt. of asphalt and 0.1W30pts.wt., preferably 2W 7pts.wt. of an organic basic substance, at 60W200°C.
