PURPOSE: To prepare with high productive efficiency and inexpensively a screw protective tool which exhibits high strength and can be incinerated.

CONSTITUTION: This method is a method for preparing a screw protective tool consisting of a molded item contg. a pulp and a fibrillated resin polymer wherein after a screw part is formed on the inner face or the outer face of the molded item by screw cutting, the screw part is heated with frictional heat by pushing a pushing tool with no cutting blade on the screw part and the pulp and the resin polymer of the screw part is bonded again by heating again the resin polymer incorporated in the molded item.
