PURPOSE: To easily obtain the captioned sheet durable and excellent in air- and water-permeability by putting an elastic body and lining material together through a netlike hot melt adhesive sheet arranged between the bottom surface of the elastic body and the lining material.

CONSTITUTION: The bottom surface of an elastic body 3 is covered with a netlike hot melt adhesive sheet 4 and then the upper surface of the sheet is covered with a lining material 5. After that, a heat press 6 being lowered, the sheet 4 is melted and permeates the elastic body 3 and the lining material 5, thus sticking the two to each other. Next, they are placed, the lining material 5 down, on the table 7 of a high-frequency welding machine, adhesive members 8 are put on the lining material 5 between elastic bodies 3, the upper surface of the elastic bodies 3 is covered with a facing material 15, the upper electrode 14 with pressure dies 13 of the high-frequency welding machine is lowered, and thus the facing material 15 and the lining material 5 are stuck to each other by the adhesive members 8.
