Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain soft cheese having good permeability of treated solution in scouring or dyeing, by winding yarn by a twister of cap type having a ring part of cap with a formed stair.

CONSTITUTION: The yarn 1 is wound round a bobbin by the motion of the shaft 7 in the arrow direction A. The ring 14 of the cap 8 is made to form the stair 15, the yarn to be wound rond the bobbin is made loose at the stair part, namely the tension is lowered, and the yarn is wound in the state. Number of the stairs is 1W4 stairs, and the height of the stair is 2W15mm, preferably 4W10mm. Shrinkage percentage in boiling water is improved because the yarn is wound at low tension.
