Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a spinning solution of an aromatic polyamide completely dissolved without forming 'undissolved lumps', by preliminarily dissolving the polymer in a solvent to a concentration of 0.1 W 5 weight %, and by adding the remaiing polymer, followed by agitation and dissolving.
