Title:
PREPARATION OF STEEPLY SLOPED CONVEYER BELT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3658695
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To neglect a buffing process when it is adhered by embedding a sail cloth being easily peeled off from a vulcanized rubber in a face to be vulcanized and adhered afterward and vulcanizing it in adhesion processing of a lug frame and a transverse frame in a belt.
SOLUTION: At first, a base belt 6 is molded and at that time, an ox sailing cloth 1 (made of PET) being easily peeled off from a vulcanized rubber later is embedded in a part where at least a frame is sticked afterward on the top face cover rubber 2 and is vulcanized after molding. In addition, when a vulcanized frame is sticked afterward, the ox sailing cloth 1 is embedded on the face to be sticked and vulcanization is performed after molding. In this case, as peeling between the ox sailing cloth 1 and the vulcanized rubber is easy, it is possible to easily peel if off. In addition, the whole face of this adhering face is sticked with a base belt with a thickness of about 0.5mm and an adhering rubber sheet with an amt. of sulfur being larger e.g. by 3 PHR than that for the frame and both sheets are vulcanized and sticked together.
