PURPOSE: To continuously and massively prepare three-dimensional foods each having an uneven surface in a stable quality without causing defective products by drum-molding the material of the foods with a mold frame whose inner surface is coated with Teflon.
CONSTITUTION: Teflon-coated mold frames 4 disposed on the inner surface of a rotary drum 3 and having projections and depressions on the inner surface thereof are sprayed with a grain flour supplied from a dusty powder hopper 1 or coated with an edible fat or oil by an arbitrary means. A molding material 6 is pressed into the mold frames 4 from a molding material hopper 2. The molding material 6 is pressed out from the mold frame 4 before the mold frame 4 pass through the lowest point of the drum 3 and the molded product is peeled from the mold frame 4 with compressed air blown out from a nozzle 5.
