Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the under water throwing electrode without leaking the water, by parforming the formation processing at a fixed pressure lower than that of injecting time, holding for a fixed time after inserting the electric conductive parts in the mold and injecting plastics in it.
CONSTITUTION: Core wire is inserted in the mold and plastics are injected by 364kg/cm2 injection pressure. Pressure is reduced to 210kg/cm2 immediately after injection and product is taken out after leaving it alone for 30W40sec in said condition. Thus, obtained product does not leak the water even if 175kg/cm2 hydraulic pressure is applied.
