Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a warp yarn enabling stable weaving of a woven fabric of a polyester yarn spun at an ultra-high speed and having low boiling-water shrinkage without lowering the productivity of the fabric.
CONSTITUTION: Warp of polyester yarn is prepared by contacting a polyester yarn having a boiling-water shrinkage of ≤7% with a roller in the form of a sheet and carrying out the hot-melt sizing of the yarn.
