Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for the preparatory opening of a fried bean curd for an Inari-sushi (fried bean curd stuffed with vinegared rice) preparation machine, capable of opening a fried bean curd to a prescribed form and effective for improving the shape, quality and preparation yield of Inari-sushi. SOLUTION: This opening apparatus is provided with a fried bean curd pinching and opening mechanism 7 and a mechanism for the push-opening of a fried bean curd. The pinching and opening mechanism 7 is provided with a pair of upper and lower clamping claws 7a, 7b placed oppositely above and below an upstream side of a fried bean curd intermittent transfer mechanism 3 in vertically movable state as a preparatory stage for the step to open a fried bean curd 2 and press vinegared rice into the fried bean curd 2 and opening a cut side 2a of the fried bean curd 2 by clamping the upper and lower part of the cut opening 2a. The mechanism for the push-opening of a fried bean curd is placed corresponding to the fried bean curd pinching and opening mechanism 7 and has a pair of right and left push-opening plates 17, 18 to be introduced into a fried bean curd 2 from an opening opened by the clamping claw pair 7a, 7b and opening the fried bean curd in lateral direction.
