In this method to form the three-dimensional picture by the paper-pasting picture method, on the rear surface of a paper part 18 to form a design surface, a core material 14 having a specified thickness is provided under a state wherein the core material 14 may be hidden from the design surface side. Thus, the paper part 18 is pasted to a base plate 30 through the core material 14, and the three-dimensional picture is formed.
