A

PURPOSE:To enable necessary irreducible use continuation by recording the usable amount of electricity on a ticket, subtracting the used amount as the ticket is used, and outputting a signal which limits the used amount when the rest becomes less than zero. CONSTITUTION:When the ticket 14 where the usable amount of electricity corresponding to the amount of money paid is recorded is inserted into a reader 13, its read head 13a reads the recording data and transfers it to a control circuit 12 so that the data is displayed 16 and stored 18 and the erasure head 13b erases the data on the ticket 14. An electric energy measuring circuit 11 connected to power lines L1 and L2 measures the amount of electric power consumed by a load and the control circuit 12 subtracts the measured amount from the data in the memory 18 and on the display part 16. When the rest reaches zero, the control circuit 12 generates a warning 17 and limits the current use amount to a necessary irreducible value to carry on supplying electric power. When the use is quitted before the rest reaches zero, the current rest is recorded. Consequently, a refrigerator, the air pump of a water tank for ornamental fishes, etc., are put in operation continuously.
