Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the subject economically advantageous composition, excellent in curability and capable of providing coating films or films with high moisture permeability without a fear of deterioration by blending respective specific two kinds of NCO group-containing prepolymers in a specific proportion. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition with 3-15wt.% NCO group content obtained by blending (A) 10-95wt.% NCO group-containing prepolymer prepared by reacting (i) a high-molecular weight oxyethylene group-containing polyoxyalkylene polyol with (ii) an excess equiv. of an aromatic diisocyanate containing NCO groups directly linked to the aromatic nucleus, (B) 5-90wt.% NCO group-containing prepolymer obtained by reacting the component (i) with (iii) an excessive equiv. of an organic diisocyanate without containing NCO groups directly linked to the aromatic nucleus and, as necessary, unreacted diisocyanates used for producing the respective prepolymers so as to provide 3-80 average number of functional groups when summing the component (i) in the components (A) and (B) and 75-95wt.% average oxyethylene group content.
