Abstract:

To provide a prepulverizing method for confectionery material capable of constantly maintaining the consistency of the confectionery material and an apparatus therefor.

This prepulverizing method for the confectionery material which reduces the granumetry of the confectionery material particles between two cylinders has a step of measuring the value of the diffusion force (F) between the cylinders, a step of setting a diffusion force fluctuation value (ΔF) by comparing the diffusion force (F) with a reference diffusion force value (FR), a step of determining the target value (d) of the gap between the cylinders in accordance with the diffusion force fluctuation value (ΔF), a step of adjusting the relative positions of the cylinders in accordance with the target value (d) and a step for readjusting the relative positions of the cylinders by feeding back the actually measured value (dm) of the gap between the cylinders together with the target value (d).
