PURPOSE: To obtain the titled compound having no trouble on the skin, capable of providing the skin with nutrient, by boiling safe raw materials, e.g., pure muscovado remained after removal of lye, pure honey, moxa, water, stearic acid, toilet soap, glycerin, caustic potash, etc., followed by cooling.

CONSTITUTION: Raw materials comprising about 32.0wt.% pure muscovado obtained by boiling water having muscovado, followed by removing foamy lye, about 120wt.% pure honey, about 6.5wt.% moxa blended with high-quality medical herbs, about 10.3wt.% water, about 6.0wt.% stearic acid, about 20.6wt.% toilet soap, about 4.5wt.% glycerin, about 0.1wt.% caustic potash, about 0.6wt.% borax and 0.4wt.% antiseptic are boiled by a low fire for about 30 minutes, and cooled with stirring to give pure face washing cream. The use of the pure raw materials and moxa with high-quality medical herbs as main raw materials with no unnecessary additional matter and perfume has no trouble on the skin, provides the skin with nutrient, and keeps the skin healthy.
