Title:
PRESENCE DECISION METHOD OF AIR BUBBLES IN PIPING OF DISPENSING DEVICE AND DISPENSING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2007278833
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a presence decision method of the air bubbles in the piping of a dispensing device capable of simply deciding the presence of the air bubbles in the piping without wasting a liquid sample containing a specimen or a reagent and capable of reducing a reinspection time, and the dispensing device.

The presence decision method of the air bubbles in the piping of the dispensing device is constituted so as to fill the piping, to which a dispensing nozzle is connected, with a liquid to suck the liquid sample containing the specimen or the reagent from the dispensing nozzle by changing the pressure applied to the piping while discharging the sucked liquid sample to perform dispensation and includes a step of detecting the pressure in the piping and a step of deciding the presence of the air bubbles in the piping on the basis of the comparison of the integrated value of the detected pressure in the piping within a predetermined time and the integrated value corresponding to an air bubble absence time. The dispensing device 1 includes a pressure sensor 7 for detecting the pressure in the piping 2 and a decision part 13d for deciding the presence of air bubbles on the basis of the integrated value within the predetermined time and the integrated value during absence of air bubbles.
