To provide a present delivery business method and business system in which requesting to send a present (delivery luggage) to a member of the family who lives alone at a distant place, distributing mail of delivery completion to that requester to know the situation of the family (recipient) from the mail and to easily know his safety.

The present delivery business method includes the steps of: depositing delivery luggage or receiving its order from a requester, recording a mail address or a portable phone number of the requester and recording the address and the name of a recipient who receives this delivery luggage; finding out the recipient based on the name and the address, delivering the delivery luggage to the recipient and imaging the situation of the recipient as image data of a still picture or motion picture; and transmitting the image data to the mail address of the requester as an image attached to mail; or transmitting the image data to a mobile phone of the portable phone number of the requester by mail.
