When the second grooved cam 55 is rotated, a moving body 61 connected to a second guide part 57 is moved in the vertical direction, which is the axial direction of the second grooved cam 55. The ornament body 27 is swingably journaled to the moving body 61. When the rectangular column 70 is rotated, a projection 68 projecting from the ornament body 27 is brought into contact with ridges 71 of the rectangular column 70. Accordingly, the ornament body 27 is moved in the vertical direction while swinging when the second motor 49 is rotated.
