PURPOSE: To prevent houses from floating or collapsing due to a typhoon or the like and effectively cope with storm and flood damage, by arranging liquid containers serving as weight bodies in a house like a prefabricated building.

CONSTITUTION: Liquid containers 4, 4 are arranged in a house like a prefabricated building to serve as weight bodies. The liquid containers 4 are installed at the external periphery of columns 1 of the house as liquid tanks or these are formed in the internal spaces of the roof-covering body itself of the house. It is preferable for a preservation countermeasure against disasters that a water purifying means and/or a water sterilizing means is built-in within the liquid container 4 so as to feed and discharge drinking water. It is also preferable that the liquid container 4 is arranged in the middle of house as a liquid tank so as to function as a shelter. In this way, the liquid containers prevent a house from floating or collapsing and these can effectively cope with storm and flood damage.
