PURPOSE: To improve the work performance in the system by setting the position and state of an ITV camera with remote control from a central equipment and presetting the position and state with a signal sent from the central equipment.

CONSTITUTION: A control signal, a preset registration signal and a preset designation signal sent from a central equipment to a terminal camera controller are shared by a distribution section 29, the preset registration signal is inputted to a signal conversion element 33, where the signal is converted into a preset signal. When the preset signal is inputted to a CPU 27, the CPU 27 sends a data from a buffer 32 to a memory 28 and the present position and state of the ITV camera 1 are preset in the memory 28. Through the constitution above, since the preset position and state are simply registered, the work performance in the ITV system are improved.
