Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute deburring and chamfering of the hole periphery of a work punched with a press apparatus, etc., in one time of working by installing a lacked part of larger internal shape than the external shape of a punch on the face of a die opposing to the punch.
SOLUTION: An external shape of a punch P is made some larger than the hole shape of a working work W, a lacked part 3 having an internal shape being larger than the external shape of the punch P is installed on the face of a die D opposing to the punch P, a plate 2 to mount the work W is projected from the face of the punch P in the normal state and it is sunk from the punch face at the time of acting the die D. Then, when the die D is acted toward the punch P or the punch P is acted toward the die D, burrs formed around the periphery of puched hole of the work W can be removed and chamfering is also executed. Further, the circumference side of machined hole of the work W is entered in the lack part of the die D, a warp being reverse to the warp caused on the strain is generated, the strain is cancelled and the strain can be corrected. More, the amount of chamfering can be adjusted with the size of the lack part of the die.
