PURPOSE: To perform a continuous work at a high precision without wasting materials by a method wherein a flask is fixed to a flask pressing-fixing frame, and a paste-form resin is filled in a cylinder, and the resin is pressed as required by a pressing rod, and injected in the flask, and a heat-polymerization is performed.
CONSTITUTION: A flask is fixed to a flask-pressing-fixing frame, and a press- contacting injector is set. A paste-form resin is filled in a cylinder 3, and a resin-holding ring 4 is placed, and a press-bonding rod 1 and a press-bonding rod-stabilizing lid 2 are fixed with screws, and the injector is pinched by a hydraulic/pneumatic spring press, and a required pressing is performed, and the resin is injected in the flask. The injector is removed from the exclusive flask or the frame, and is fixed to a charging port with screws, and a heat- polymerization is performed. When the using resin is not enough, the cylinder 3 is removed, and the press-bonding rod 1 and the press-bonding rod-stabilizing lid 2 are removed, then, the resin is filled, and the press-bonding rod 1 and the press-bonding rod-stabilizing lid 2 are set, and a press-bonding injection is performed. The cylinder 3 can be alternately operated, and a continuous work can be performed without wasting the material.
