Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a solid-liquid separation filter which hardly becomes dirty and is little in restriction in design, and also to more reduce the water content of a material to be dehydrated.
SOLUTION: A press part 2 for pressing a wet material to be dehydrated 1 to dehydrate it, is provided with a solid-liquid separation filter 3 on which the material to be dehydrated 1 is mounted. This solid-liquid separation filter 3 has a water non-holding layer 5 at least on the outer layer thereof and has a water holding layer 6 just below it. These water non-holding layer 5 and water holding layer 6 are laminated and integrated to form the filter 3. The water non-holding layer 6 is formed of fabric woven of synthetic fiber yarn, and the water holding layer 6 is formed of fabric woven of synthetic fiber chenille or multi-filament yarn or natural fiber yarn. And, the water holding layer 6 is arranged in a place 0.3-3.0 mm apart from the surface of the water non-holding layer 5 positioned on the outer layer of the filter.
