Abstract:
To provide a press device capable of pressure-molding a workpiece at high accuracy having little influence of upper board warping at pressure application on the workpiece, and to provide a method for molding press device.SOLUTION: A press device 11 pressurizes a workpiece P between an upper pressurizing member 17 provided at an upper board 16 side, and a lower pressurizing member 15 provided at a movable board 14 side by a ram 13 of a pressurizing cylinder 12 by lifting the lower pressurizing member. In the device, a spacer member 25 having a prescribed height h for indirectly applying a reaction force to the workpiece P facing the ram 13 is installed between the upper board 16 and the upper pressurizing member 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
