Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press device and a stroke amount adjusting method, capable of adjusting stroke amount with small force, materializing a state adjusting the stroke amount with small fixing force, and making a structure of a mechanism portion adjusting the stroke amount small.SOLUTION: A stroke amount adjusting mechanism 10 is composed of a rotary shaft 3; an eccentric shaft 4 formed at a center portion of the rotary shaft 3; and an eccentric case 5 which has an inner peripheral surface fitted to the eccentric shaft 4 so as to relatively rotate. A first surface portion 5a is rotatably fitted to a part of a cylindrical surface of a first eccentric portion 4a and a cylindrical surface of a second eccentric portion 4b, and a second surface portion 5b is rotatably fitted to the cylindrical surface of the second eccentric portion 4b. The eccentric shaft 4 and the eccentric case 5 are relatively rotated to adjust the stroke amount of a connecting rod not shown which is rotatably fitted with a with the second surface portion 5b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
