Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent production damage by rapidly sensing at an actual processing time a gripping failure that is the drawback of a centering block which targets displacement prevention.SOLUTION: This invention comprises gap detection means 12g, 13d that detect a change of a gap between the projection member 12 and the recessed member 13 that constitute a centering block 10 in either the projection member 12 or the recessed member 13, and comprises a judgement means that sets a change of a gap at the beginning of press operation detected by the gap detection means 12g, 13d as a normal value, calculates a difference between a set normal value and a current detected value as a gap value, and judges whether or not this gap value is a predetermined value or more, and an abnormal stop means that judges, when the gap value is a predetermined value or more, that gripping abnormality by the top die pad has occurred and stops the drive means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
